THE BARNDO

The main barndominium is 1800 sq. ft. setup lodge style.

 

Includes:

  • Full kitchen

  • Living area (with TV, one full couch, one loveseat)

  • Two rooms  Each room has a bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) and a stand-alone single twin

  • Attached game room (with big screen TV, bar, pool table, dart board, poker table, board games, full-size refrigerator, and telescope)

  • Laundry facilities

  • Two full bathrooms (one in main living area, one in game room)

  • Large covered patio (with TV, oscillating fans, cornhole and washer boards, ladder ball, a bar, plenty of seating, a firepit, and a pellet grill.)

  • Fenced in yard for dogs.

  • City Water

  • WiFi

 

**All bed linens and towels are provided by Rabb Ranch.

THE CABIN

The cabin is for those seeking a little more privacy.  It is duplex style, set away from the main barndominiumim, but close enough to walk to and the path is lit.

 

Includes:

  • Queen bed

  • Small sitting area

  • TV

  • Kitchenette with sink, mini-refridgerator (with water bottles and ice trays), coffee bar, beverage tumblers

  • Bathroom/shower (shampoo, conditioner, face and body wash provided)

  • Phone chargers

  • Covered Patio with rocking chairs

  • City Water

  • WiFi

RV SITES

Rabb Ranch is also equipped with two RV sites.  We provide power and water hookups, but no dump.  The sites are walkable to the main barndominium. 

​

Includes:

  • Power 30 and 50 amp RV plugs

  • City Water

  • Gate clearance is 18-foot wide and 14-foot clear

  • Gravel Road into sites

All lodging is situated to provide great vantage points for watching wildlife come to the feeders. Especially in the morning when you're sitting on the patio enjoying your coffee (or whatever gets you going).
